We know it can be difficult being a vegetarian and working in the catering profession. We regularly have employment opportunities and always prefer our people to be sympathetic to vegetarian cuisine and have knowledge of the specialist ingredients and recipes that vegetarians use. Current Vacancy: We are currently looking for a chef/assistant manager who will work under the direction of Sibila. You will have day-to-day responsibility for the running of the kitchen, including health and hygiene standards, managing staff, purchasing and stock sontrol, with up to 25 hours per week in the kitchen, mainly in the evenings. If you have experience of vegetarian food, are willing to learn, have a sense of humour, can multitask in a busy kitchen, and have good people skills, we want to hear from you.
