Sibila has devised some delicious menus so we can not only welcome guests to the restaurant, but also provide mouth-watering food for your event or special occasion, at home, in the office or out and about. In the past few months, we've catered for offices, churches, schools and even a picnic for Lady's Day at Ascot! You can be sure that, with one of Sibila's menus, everyone will be satisfied, whatever their preferences. There are five sample buffets, The "Dressed to Impress", The "Italian", The "World Tour", The "Simply Delicious" and The "Econo-buffet" (£3.95) "Dressed to Impress" (£8.95) Canapés on wood-oven baked bread with a variety of patés and tapenades. A selection of sandwiches and wraps. Stuffed figs and mango sheets. Stuffed eggs. An assortment of flans. Cheese and herbs rolls. Mixed olives and nuts. Mini kebabs The "Italian" (£6.50) Rice, pasta and roasted peppers and cauliflower salads. Ciabatta sandwiches. Bruschetta with various toppings. Mini-pizza. Cherry tomato and baby mozzarella sticks in basil marinade. The "World Tour" (£6.50) Mixed Mediterranean olives and nuts. Russian borsch. Carrots and Celery with humus and tomato relish (or tortilla chips and root vegetables crisps). Wraps with black bean spread, smoked tofu and curry fillings. Stuffed vine leaves. Quinoa couscous, rocket and parmesan and potato, french bean and basil salads The "Simply Delicious" (£5.10) Soup, sandwiches, wraps, a selection of three salads, spicy tofu strudel with dips The "Econo-Buffet" (£3.95) Sandwiches, wraps and salads. Basic but nourishing and delicious. All menus can be altered to your requirements (except the "Econo-buffet") Prices include delivery and collection within an 8 miles radius of Brindleyplace. Beyond 8 miles, there will be a flat rate transport charge of £10 depending on numbers. The "Econo-buffet" is a set menu and changes are only possible on payment of a supplement, Minimum numbers are required for the Econo-buffet. |
