Sibila has a total passion for vegetarian food, and a unique flair for “fusion cuisine” making Sibila’s menus a constant joy and surprise. Talk to her about food and you will get a glimpse of the many geographical influences in the Balkans over the centuries that have moulded her approach to cooking: from the East through Turkey, from the South through North Africa, from the West through Italy and from the North through mid-Europe.
